2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered in connection with Ekangar Sarai P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on vague allegation of fraudulent withdrawal of Government fund relating to Scheme 02/2010-11. It is submitted that according to the enquiry report dated 11.12.2014, forming part of the FIR, the irregularities were committed at the behest of the Mukhiya, Kumari Tripti to benefit her near and dear ones, but she has not been made an accused. The petitioner has one criminal antecedents, in which he is on bail.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the finding in the enquiry report that the petitioner as the approving authority has allowed all manners of irregularities in the matter of withdrawal based on forged job cards and opening accounts in the post office, apart from considerable delay in approaching this Court with respect to FIR instituted as far back as in the year 2015, from which it appears that there is no immediate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36811 of 2019(2) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 apprehension of arrest, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
