2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondent authority to pay arrears of salary as done the similarly situated person who works with the petitioner for working period from 14/10/2009 to 23/1/2014 and also for disposal of representation, which is pending before Respondent No. 5 i.e. Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Arwal and/ or pass appropriate order or orders."

3. In support of the petitioner's relief, petitioner has submitted representation on 26.02.2020 and the matter is pending consideration before the 5th Respondent - The Civil Surgeon cum Medical Officer, Arwal.

4. 5th Respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance with service records and pass a speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to the relief sough in the present petition or not? Such a decision shall be taken within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
