The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 224 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, the petitioner being the husband of the deceased, who had died due to strangulation within seven years of marriage, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
