Patna High Court LPA No.848 of 2016 dt.07-07-2017 2/2 I.A. No. 4656 of 2016 stands allowed and disposed of. The writ petition was filed by the appellants for permitting the students admitted to the Primary Teachers Training Course in the Institution for the Academic Session 1996-98 and 199799. The learned Writ Court after evaluating various aspects of the matter found that the Institute was not recognized in accordance to the statutory requirement of the National Council for Teachers Education Act and finding that now for the periods in question no relief can be granted, the writ petition has been dismissed. Keeping in view the detailed reason that weighed with the learned Writ Court for rejecting the writ petition, we find no error in the same warranting reconsideration.

The Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed.
