The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is a case of recovery of huge quantity of Indian made Foreign liquor from the premises of a Kids Play School which belongs to the petitioner and petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that the land in question, from where incriminating illicit liquor was

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
