23.09.2015 Both the parties agree that now spouses are living together. However, the Complainant apprehends that once the case is quashed the Petitioner will start misbehaving with her. He should also pay maintenance for her financial assistance and security.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 19.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complainant Case No. 160C of 2012 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna. I see no harm in such a demand. Hence, the Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 3,000/- per month in the account of the Complainant for her personal and household expenses.
