====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2.

Petitioner happens to be the husband of opposite party no. 2 and there is allegation against him that he used to torture the opposite party no. 2 on account of non-fulfillment of illegal demand of dowry.

However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner never put the opposite party no. 2 in cruelty nor made any demand of dowry. He, further, submits that however, petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no. 2 submits that opposite party no. 2 also wants to lead her conjugal life with the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking note of facts and circumstances of the case, both the parties are directed to appear before the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1576 of 2017 corresponding to Trial No. 2025 of 2018 on or before 12.12.2019 and if both the parties do so, the learned Court below shall release the petitioner on personal bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) for a period of six months with an object to watch the conduct of the petitioner and opposite party no. 2.

It is made clear that within the above stated period of six months, if one party makes complaint against another party, the learned trial Court shall pass appropriate order on the above stated complaint and it would be upon the learned trial Court either to confirm the bail of the petitioner or cancel the bail of the petitioner after taking note of conduct of the parties. It is needless to say that if parties maintain good
