JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Vide letter no. 85/ 17 dated 27.04.2017 the Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur has sought four months more time for disposal of Sessions Trial No. 531 of 2015 on the ground that record of aforesaid Sessions Trial No. 531 of 2015 remained pending in a vacant court from 01.03.2017 to 24.04.2017 due to superannuation of concerned presiding officer and thereafter, he joined the aforesaid court on 25.04.2017.

In view of the aforesaid report, time for disposal of above stated case is extended for further period of four months from 27.04.2017.

Inform accordingly.
