2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 13 of 2025.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons were found transporting ganja. On arrest, co-accused Uttam Gop @ Lechu told the police that the ganja was given by the petitioner for delivery to co-accused Md. Sajo to sell.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that three cases with similar allegation on three consecutive dates have been lodged against the petitioner. All the three

It is further submitted that in all these cases different accused persons were arrested and they stated that they were going to deliver the contraband to the petitioner. It is strange that in none of the said cases, the premises/house of the petitioner was searched. It is also submitted by the learned counsel that the reason for non-searching the house of the petitioner is that earlier he was the informer of the police and subsequently he failed to give information and due to this vendetta, he has falsely been implicated. On similar allegation, the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court under order dated 20.08.2025 in Maranga P.S.Case No. 32 of 2025, vide Cr.Misc. No. 35299 of 2025. Similarly, he has also been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Mufassil P.S.Case No. 28 of 2025, vide order dated 19.11.2025 in Cr.Misc.No. 35235 of 2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Nothing has been recovered from the petitioner's possession.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or

No.41454 of 2025(4) dt.27-11-2025 3/3 surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Purnea in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 13 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.
