120 litres country made liquor were recovered from a vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of aforesaid recovery. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 23.05.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Excise Case No. 09 of 2015.
