2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.343 of 2024 arising out of Puraini P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024 lodged on 10.09.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 140(2) & 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the grandson of the informant namely, Satyam Kumar was kidnapped by some miscreants for ransom. The informant was informed by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34661 of 2025(2) dt.27-05-2025 2/3 neighbours that there were 6-7 miscreants on three motorcycles and they disclosed the name of this petitioner along with others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the names were disclosed by the neighbours. Further, it has been submitted that the victim was recovered on the same day and no ransom was taken in the case and his statement was recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. It has further been submitted that no Test Identification Parade has been made in the case and there is no eye-witness of the alleged occurrence. Further, the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has six criminal antecedents.

In view of the present facts and circumstances of the case and considering that not only charge-sheet has been submitted, but the charges have also been framed in this case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Madhepura, in connection with
