The petitioner seeks bail in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No case of theft of the said motorcycle has been lodged at any police station. This petitioner purchased the said motorcycle from one Abhishek Kumar Singh on consideration money of Rs. 25,000/-. Petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2021 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44415 of 2021(2) dt.02-11-2021 2/2 the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sub-Divisional Court Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Nauhatta P.S.
