The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.873 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the outset, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that petitioner no.1, Md. Imran Bhatt has got four criminal antecedents, but this fact has been suppressed by the petitioners in paragraph-3 of the bail application. Considering the fact that the petitioners have
