The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they kidnapped his daughter but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she was not kidnapped by anyone. She loved Raja Kumar and wanted to marry with him. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
