This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 15.06.2013 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Patna, in Cr. Appeal No. 60 of 2012, by which he has affirmed the judgment and order dated 18.04.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 3229(C) of 2008, by which he has convicted the Petitioner for six months R.I. and ` 3,00,000/- as fine and in default of payment of fine six months further R.I.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner produces the three

No.507 of 2015 dt.01-10-2015 2/2 Demand Draft of `three lac i.e. DD No.694274 for two lac, DD No.694275/694276 for `fifty thousand each in favour of the Complainant which the counsel for the Complainant receives and signs in the margin of the order-sheet in token of receipt of the same. In view of such, while maintaining the conviction of the Petitioner awarded by the Trial Court by judgment and order dated 18.04.2012, his sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him. The application is dismissed with modification in the sentence.
