One country made loaded pistol and cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner remained in jail custody since 4.7.2014. The trial court has reported that up till now, only one prosecution witness could be examined.

Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of alleged recovery as well as his period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K.
