In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For quashing the order contained in memo no. 4267 dated 30.09.2018 issued by the respondent no. 3 whereby and where under the petitioner has been dismissed from services.

(ii) For quashing the order contained in memo no. 3372 dated 20.11.2018 issued by the respondent no. 2 whereby and where under the appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.10984 of 2019 dt.17-11-2021 2/2 preferred against the order of dismissal has been rejected.

(iii) For quashing the Saran District order no. 2392 /2018 contained in memo no. 5048 dated 27/11/2018 issued by the respondent no. 3 communicating the order passed by the Appellate Authority.

(iv) For direction upon the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the services with all consequential monetary benefits.

(v) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be entitled to."

Undisputed fact is that the petitioner has invoked memorial petition before the Director General of Police (DGP) Bihar, Patna and it was registered on 15.03.2019 (Annexure-14). In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the DGP, Bihar, Patna is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's memorial dated 15.03.2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. In the event of suffering any order at the hands of the DGP, Bihar, Patna, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed off.
