The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with respect to petitioner No. 2 namely Reena Kumari since she has

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition with respect to petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are brother-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the deceased and they had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. Moreover, the husband of the deceased had already been acquitted by the learned Court below.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner No. 2, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of
