2. Pursuant to the order dated 13.03.2024, a show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 4 has been filed and it has been informed that final order has been passed in the encroachment proceeding on 30.01.2024 and later, steps were taken for removal of the encroachment but in the meantime, the

Patna High Court MJC No.247 of 2018(14) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 encroachers filed CWJC No. 2884 of 2024 in which, a writ Court vide an order dated 16.02.2024 while directing the State to file counter-affidavit, the respondents were further restrained from taking any coercive steps/demolition.

3. Now the matter has moved beyond the MJC and reached the CWJC stage. This Court is satisfied that the order of the Writ Court so far as CWJC No. 5858 of 2014 is concerned, stands complied.

4. MJC No. 247 of 2018 is disposed of.
