The petitioner seeks bail in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 9/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have withdrawn Rs. 1,19,000/- from the account of his father by posting signature. The petitioner deposited withdrawal form for withdrawal of Rs. 5000/- but his signature did not tally and on suspicion the petitioner was apprehended. Later on it was transpired that the petitioner withdrew the entire amount Rs. 1,19,000/- from the account of his father.

It is submitted that the father of the petitioner also filed a complaint case against the Bank staff. The petitioner is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30374 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 since 18.01.2015. He has already remained in jail for about seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Kumari Vijya, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 9 of 2015.
