This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dhaka P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 379 & 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused, who was caught on the spot, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory him anticipatory bail.
