The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that one person with two others intercepted his motorcycle and looted Rs. 3,46,500/- while he was going to deposit the same in the bank. The police arrested the petitioner and the petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt. Submission is that the police took the photograph of the petitioner and the informant claimed to have identified, but the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade without showing the photograph of the petitioner to the informant. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 23.12.2014.
