From perusal of the First Information Report, it is clear that it was co-accused Arvind Kumar @ Mathura Prasad, who opened fire on the deceased. So far as petitioners are concerned, it is only stated that they also accompanied the coaccused and went near the shop of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
