JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. From perusal of the First Information Report, it is clear that it was co-accused Arvind Kumar @ Mathura Prasad, who opened fire on the deceased. So far as petitioners are concerned, it is only stated that they also accompanied the coaccused and went near the shop of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31779 of 2015 (3) dt.17-09-2015 each in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 108 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri K.K. Shahi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda.
