The only grievance of the petitioner is that delayed payment was made to him but no statutory interest was given on the aforesaid delayed payment.

In view of the aforesaid circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of giving direction to respondent no.4 to calculate statutory interest on delayed payment of the petitioner and ensure payment of statutory interest of the aforesaid delay, if the petitioner files any representation within one month from the date of this order. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) U
