Petitioner was caught by the informant and the seized documents were produced by the informant himself before the police. Moreover, there is nothing on the record to show that seized articles had been used by the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 03-03-2015 and except the accusation of giving money to the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 to the satisfaction of
