JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the written report of informant, it was co-accused Karan Paswan with the help of Shakti Paswan kidnapped the informant's daughter and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that when the informant want to make complaint the petitioner and his other family members abused and threatened the informant.

The impugned order goes to show that the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Case No. 41 of 2019.
