JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 313, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demand of a car and house hold articles.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is mother-in-law of the informant and she has living separately and has no concerned with the family affairs of his son. Considering the present stand of the petitioner, let the petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44437 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakiya P.S.Case No. 49 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C .
