The present petition has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 9104 of 2007 which stood dismissed on 02.08.2016 due to non-appearance of conducting counsel of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in C.W.J.C. No. 9104 of 2007, Sri Girish Prasad Gupta, advocate was working for the petitioner but unfortunately, he died and that was the reason, no one could appear before this court when C.W.J.C. No. 9104 of 2007 was called out on 02.08.2016. In view of the aforesaid submissions as well as averments made in this petition, this restoration petition is allowed and accordingly, C.W.J.C. No. 9104 of 2007 is ordered to be restored to its original number and file.
