The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goria Kothi P.S. Case No.192of 2018 for the offences under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
