The petitioners, two in number, seek bail in a case under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, a truck driver, alleged that his truck was looted by some miscreants but in the meantime the police arrived and chased the miscreants and apprehended one miscreant, namely, Dipak Kumar Mandal, from whose possession, the looted money and mobile were recovered. Dipak Kumar Mandal disclosed the names of the petitioners. The petitioners were apprehended on 06.02.2015 but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have not been put on T.I.P. although they are in jail for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31490 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 381 of 2014.
