JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/ directions, directing the respondents to protect the life and property of the petitioner, which has been at stake at the hands of the private Respondent No.4 in an illegal and erroneous manner.
And further to direct the Respondent No.4 to either act as per agreement or to return back thirty lakhs amount which has been invested by the petitioner in construction of building of Cinema Hall."
2. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to
Patna High Court CWJC No.1821 of 2017(3) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction.
