The petitioner seeks bail in Jokihat P.S. Case no. 84/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that on information that the accused persons are planning to commit serious offence, a raid was conducted but the accused persons opened firing and entered in the maize field. The petitioner was apprehended and from whose possession on loaded country made pistol and two mobiles were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Nobody got injured. The petitioner is in jail since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45778 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 03.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 84/2015.
