JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was lodged on the basis of statement of informant who happens to be driver of truck bearing Registration No. UP78 BT 4977 but in course of investigation, the case took U- turn and it was detected that informant of the present case with the help of petitioners committed the alleged crime and accordingly, the case was converted under Sections 420, 406, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, charge sheet was submitted for the above stated offences.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32024 of 2015 (5) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 328 of 2013.
