JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15-042015 and according to prosecution case itself, the victim was recovered from the house of one, Ashok Kumar who facilitated the escape of petitioner and her husband at the time of raid.

It appears that in course of investigation, the victim stated in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she was pushed into flesh trade by the petitioner and her husband as well as other accused. Admittedly, husband of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 20-08-2013

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34013 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30945 of 2014.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 271 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
