After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this civil miscellaneous petition with liberty that if the petitioner files petition for permission to sell the property to meet the need of her medical treatment, the learned Court below shall consider the same on its own merit without being prejudices of this order.
