JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties including Sri Rajni Kant Singh, learned counsel for the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have involved in kidnapping of a minor girl, who is still traceless.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45765 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Considering the same, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.

The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from today. If they do not surrender within the aforesaid period of two weeks, the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas will take all coercive steps for arrest of the petitioners. He/ she will also locate the victim-girl and if need arises may take custodial interrogation of the accused persons including these petitioners.

Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas, through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
