2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S Case No. 31 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 76, 77, 78, 64, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is to have sexually assaulted upon the informant.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39623 of 2025 vide order dated 20.08.2025 as well as the fact that five criminal antecedents against this petitioner as stated in para-3 of the petition, so there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36622 of 2026(2) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 regular bail of this petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby again rejected.
