ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2 is also present. Both the petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 are also present in person. It appears that now there is no scope for reconciliation between the parties as evidently the petitioner is quite recalcitrant and rigid in his approach and Opposite Party No.2 with her two children are running from pillar to post and are on the verge of starvation.
Having interacted extensively with both the parties, it appears that the petitioner is not in a position to take his wife and two children and restore normal family life. It further

No.32897 of 2019(8) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 appears that the Opposite Party No.2 cannot wander and go back to her husband with two small children without there being any definite assurance on the part of the petitioner to exert himself and offer effective assistance and a proper home to the Opposite Party No.2.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the interim order dated 21.05.2019 passed in his favour is withdrawn.
