2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected order dated 29.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24583 of 2024 by this Court.

3. The report of the learned Trial Court shows that the expected time of conclusion of trial is 6 months.

4. Considering the report of the learned Trial Court, I do not see any reason for consideration of my earlier order dated 29.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24583 of 2024 whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands rejected.
