In the written report of the informant, it has specifically been mentioned that co-accused Rajiv Mahto opened fire causing fire arm injury to the informant but in investigation, when further statement of the informant was recorded, he added this fact that this petitioner had, too, fired on him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.10.2014, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town ( Ratanpur O.P.) P.S. Case no. 669/2014.
