JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present modification petition has been filed to correct the husband's name of the petitioner which has been wrongly typed in the main petition i.e. in Criminal Misc. No. 22411 of 2022, as Ram Kumar Sahni instead of Raj Kumar Sahni and consequently, the same discrepancy has also crept in the order dated 07.06.2022, passed in the said case.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments in the present petition, which is not opposed by the learned A.P.P. for the State Mrs. Anita Kumari Singh, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the name of the husband of the petitioner herein, shall be deemed to be read as Raj Kumar Sahni in the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40373 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 dated 07.06.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 22411 of 2022. Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner no. 1 of the said case bearing Criminal Misc. No. 22411 of 2022 i.e. Kanti Devi, to surrender before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail, is extended by a further period of six weeks from today. The order dated 07.06.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 22411 of 2022 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 07.06.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 22411 of 2022.
