ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 3.12.2011 passed in Complaint Case No. 740(c) of 2008 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar. It appears that on account of a minor dispute at one point in time, a dispute arose between the Parties who belong to the same Branch of the family.
Now Parties agree that the dispute has been settled and,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1039 of 2012 dt.06-02-2015 2/2 hence, it would be in their interest that the cases filed by them against each other be set aside.
Hence, the order of cognizance dated 3.12.2011 passed in Complaint Case No. 740(c) of 2008 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar, is hereby quashed.
Also, Itarhi P.S. Case No. 76 of 2006 pending between the same Parties, is hereby set aside.
