JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner is named in the first information report but omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against him.
It is submitted that other accused including coaccused, Badri Yadav, against whom there is allegation of firing, have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
