No.893 of 2017(3) dt.05-09-2019 3/3 challenging the order dated 17.12.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Judge, Baisi in Title Suit No. 383 of 2014 whereby the written statement filed by the petitioners being defendant nos. 21 to 32, 34 to 36 and 42 has been rejected as well as for staying the further proceedings of the suit till final disposal of the instant application with liberty to file appropriate application before the court below.
