Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case in short is that the daughter of the informant namely Guriya Kumar became traceless and on search Guriya Kumar informed on mobile to the informant that she is at Bela near house of Bedami Singh and then informant came there and Guriya told him that on 22.06.2013 at 8.30 P.M. Vikash Kumar and one Sandeep Kumar came on motorcycle and after inticing her, they took her on motorcycle at Aurangabad where she was kept for night and on 23.06.2013 both took her on motor cycle at Sasaram where Vikas took her from Mahabodhi train at Delhi and Vikash came to know that case has been

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2015. The victim girl has been examined under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has not named the petitioner.
On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above name petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Fesar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013.
