Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 102 of 2014 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 85 of 2013 registered under Sections 302/201 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Patna City, Patna. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 44471 of 2014 on 24.12.2014 with direction to the Trial Court to conclude that trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. While six months have been passed but

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32196 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 prosecution evidence has not been concluded as yet. It is also submitted that petitioner, having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 21.03.2013.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge, IVth, Patna City, Patna in connection with S. Tr. No. 102 of 2014 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2013.
