JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and three others were caught while they were going on two different motorcycles. The aforesaid motorcycles were seized and it was detected that the aforesaid motorcycles were stolen property.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was going to attend a marriage ceremony and he was not aware that the motorcycles were stolen property. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31299 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015.
