The petitioner, who is aged about 55 years, wife of Jai Prakash Upodhya (Missing Police No. 316) has presented the instant petition seeking compassionate appointment of her son. Undisputedly, as on 30.01.2019 petitioner's son was major, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner's son to present the petition in accordance with law.
