In such view of the matter, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 10.05.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14840 of 2013. The respondent authorities will examine the case of the present petitioners as well as the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.14840 of 2013 and if it is found that the facts of both the cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioners will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.14840 of 2013.
