The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 330 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he got his wife admitted in Deep Clinic where she was treated by Dr. Rajendra Prasad and his staff but due to negligence of Dr. Rajendra Prasad and Dr. Rajeshwar Prasad, who operated the wife of the informant, his wife died. It is submitted that the petitioner is not the staff of the clinic. Sanjeevan Kumar @ Babloo Kumar who is alleged to be staff of this Nursing Home has already been granted bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
